I will maintain all data provided by you, this is not shared with any other party, by registering your details on my site you accept the terms and conditions set out in my Privacy Policy.
Copyright
Copyright of all artwork, prints and all other content on this site are the sole property of Benjamin Self, even after purchase of original artwork or prints, and may not be reproduced in whole or in part, in any way, without written and signed consent.
Intellectual property rights to the names and original designs upon which my artwork is based remains the property of the trademark owner.
Liability
You agree that liability arising from loss or damage to artwork supplied by Benjamin Self is limited to the purchase price of the artwork.
Postage
Original artwork is ent via Colissomo from France on an insured/signed for basis, it is tracked. The level of insurance covers the purchase price of the artwork. Any claim for lost or damaged artwork must be made in writing to enable a claim against Colissomo to proceed, damage must be proven with photographs. Settlement will be made upon receipt of settlement from Colissomo.
Prints and framed prints are sent via Royal Mail (UK) using their recorded delivery service, . any claim for lost or damaged artwork must be made in writing to enable a claim against Royal Mail to proceed, damage must be proven with photographs. Settlement will be made upon receipt of settlement from Royal Mail.
Returns
Items for return (other than damaged goods claims) must be sent to Benjamin Self, 22 Rue du stade, 56580, Rohan, France and posted recorded delivery, in the case of artwork this must also be insured to the purchase price of the artwork, the cost of this must be paid by you, a refund for the artwork/print (only) will be issued when it arrives in good condition.
Privacy Policy
I value your privacy, your details will not be shared, when you make a purchase or enquiry your details will only be used for contacting purposes for the duration of the transaction or enquiry. I do not send out advertising material, nor chase quotes etc…however, you may choose to follow updates and news on twitter @bsillustration.
Payment
No goods will be released without full payment.
Commissions
If I agree to a commission or customisation with a purchaser any variance to the above conditions will be agreed at the time.
I reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions, and delete artwork/prints without notice.
